Christina Velidou is a professional Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Public Speaker and published Author. She is the creator of Dare and Dream Big Ltd, a place where people can find their true, unique identity.

Christina was born and raised in Florina Greece. She became a professional footballer and played for her country at a very young age. She came to realize early that when you Make a decision, commit, work hard and stay focused you can achieve everything. Christina found traveling and meeting multiple cultures and people fascinating and continues to do so to date. Interacting with people from all over the world, she discovered that no mater where people come from, their age, their education, their financial state, there is a point or points that people feel they were running to a dead end.

Christina became a professional Life Coach studying at Robbins-Madanes training center in the USA, with Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Magali and Mark Peysha. Continued her studies at the Island of Man success philosophy in Greece, with Nikolas Smirnakis and Achilleas Georgiou. It became her Life’s Purpose to guid people get from where they are today to where they want to get in their relationships, business and finances and build the life of their dreams.

Her passion for fitness pushed her to become a professional Personal Trainer studying with Premier Global and NASM who are leaders in their field.

In her book where she co-authored with Les Brown, Johnny Wimbrey, Nik Halik and many others, you will discover which power Christina possesses in great quantities that enforced her to divert the challenges she had to go through into blessings in order to meet her purpose in life.
