-Right to data portability (art. 28 GDPR): You have the right to request the transfer of your data to another controller. Conditions applicable to the consent of a child in relation to information society services (Article 8)

Article 21 of Law 4624/2019 selects the 15th year as the solar limit for providing consent for access to Information Society services provided directly to children. This option is considered compatible with the Rules and Article 8, recital 38.
